ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

WHILE WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR ABSOLUTE BEST TO LIMIT ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION OR CONTACT WITH ALLERGENS UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NEVER 100% GUARANTEE THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO CROSS CONTAMINATION AS EVERYTHING WE SERVE IS PREPARED IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE ALLERGENS ARE HEAVILY PRESENT. WE OCASSIONALLY DO HAVE SOME SESAME SEEDED BREAD IN THE BUILDING, AND TRY AS WE MIGHT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO CONTACT BETWEEN OUR BUNS AND OUR OTHER INGREDIENTS. HOWEVER! WE WILL ALWAYS, ALWAYS ABSOLUTELY DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO LIMIT ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION-CLEANING SURFACES, CHANGING TOOLS, GLOVES ETC AND MAKING OUR KITCHEN TEAM AWARE OF ANY ALLERGIES. AS WELL AS READING THROUGH THIS PLEASE DO TALK TO US ABOUT YOUR ALLERGY BEFORE ORDERING, SO THAT WE CAN GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE MENU PERSONALLY, RECOMMEND DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR YOU AND ABOVE ALL MAKE THE KITCHEN AWARE OF YOUR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. 

 

COELIACS DISEASE/GLUTEN ALLERGIES

We do offer a gluten free bun option which can be swapped onto most burger options, but unfortunately, we can never 100% guarantee that there has been no cross contamination. This is due to all the food being prepared in an environment where gluten is heavily present. Gluten in high present in our buns, mac/moz patties, peppercorn sauce and brownies along with other items on the menu. Please let us know know whether you have an intolerance, or coeliacs disease.

 

NUT/PEANUT ALLERGY

Our mac patties, mozzarella patties, mac and cheese balls and jalapeno poppers. However, our other sides (fries, wings) are cooked in a different fryer. In terms of our puddings, we do not recommend ordering a milkshake, brownie or salted caramel/chocolate sundae due to cross contamination (due to our Shake – hazelnuts - and peanut butter brownies – traces with other flavours)

 

GARLIC AND ONIONS

If you have an onion or garlic allergy, please let your server know directly so they can inform the kitchen as both are heavily present in most of our dishes. They are mostly present in our seasonings, sauces, dressings, marinades, dirty onions and rude green salsa.

 

SOYA

Our vegetable oil contains GM soya. The vegetable oil is used to fry the following items: fries, jalapeno poppers, mac and cheese balls, all wings, mac patties, mozzarella patties, buttermilk thighs, bacon bits. Also used to make green/red chimichurri, peppercorn sauce, chicken breasts, cider vinegar, and American cheese.
